Top Trading Bots publishes editorial reviews and side-by-side comparisons of automated trading software. We are a for-profit publication: partners pay to be listed and we may be compensated when you click a link or make a purchase, and that compensation affects which products appear and in what order. The full arrangement is set out in our advertiser disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

We do not publish scores or star ratings. The order of products is our opinion, stated as an opinion. The pricing and specifications are facts, each carrying a link to the source and the date we read it.

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or to use any particular trading system. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, or a commodity trading adviser, and no content here is personalised to your circumstances. Decisions you make about your money are yours alone, and you should take professional advice before acting.

Futures, forex and derivatives trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Leverage works against you as readily as it works for you.

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested performance has inherent limitations: unlike an actual performance record, it does not represent actual trading, it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and it may under- or over-compensate for the impact of market factors such as a lack of liquidity. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

We take care to read prices and specifications from each vendor's own material and to record the date we did so. Vendors change their terms without notice, promotions expire, and pages move. A figure on this site is accurate as at the date shown beside it and no later — always confirm current pricing and terms with the vendor before you purchase.

If you find something wrong or out of date, tell us. We will correct it and re-date the page. Vendors are welcome to submit corrections about their own products.

Links to vendors take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, their terms, or anything that happens between you and them. A product appearing here is not a warranty that it is fit for your purpose, that it will perform as its vendor describes, or that the vendor will honour its own terms. Any purchase is a contract between you and that vendor.

The reviews, comparisons, layout and design of this site are ours. You are welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. Wholesale copying, or republishing our comparisons as your own, is not permitted.

Product and company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them here nominatively — to identify the products under review — which does not imply any endorsement of this site by those owners, nor any affiliation with them beyond what is stated in our disclosure.

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute anything malicious.

Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome. Automated access consistent with our robots.txt is permitted, including crawling and indexing this site's content. We ask only that crawlers identify themselves honestly and request pages at a reasonable rate.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here — including any decision to buy, or not to buy, a product reviewed on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
